  2. 10 Ring Dips
  3. 2 Wall Climbs
  4. 14/10 C. Row
  5. 10 Back Extensions

Finisher: Rope Climbs

Either learn some tips, tricks or the rope climb technique or you can simply practice climbing the ropes. OR you could do an EMOM with rope climbs(sharing a rope or individually, depending on how many people show up)!
