STRENGTH: BACK SQUAT (10-10-10)
We are entering week 2 of our new 4 week cycle that will look a whole lot like our good friend ‘hypertrophy.’ That’s right. When we moved from lower reps to higher reps (volume) we went from Strength reps to Endurance reps. Now, we are moving from Endurance back to Hypertrophy reps There are grey transitional areas between these rep schemes and always remember that everyone is a bit different & adapts to stimulus at a different level but these are guidelines. The percentages for the sets will be on the white board!
