STRENGTH: (Squat) Snatch
Let’s spend some time on the first pull today. We will get out our handy PVC pipes to warm-up and work some drills. Specifically, we will talk about proper set-up and timing. After our group work, you will have about 12 M to work up to a moderately heavy snatch. Remember, these days are to work on confidence and technique. Don’t blow yourself up with terrible form and heavy weight today!
