STRENGTH: Bench Press (10-10-10)
So, our Incline cycle is over. We will be transitioning back into strength cycles with a new 4 week cycle that will look a whole lot like our good friend ‘hypertrophy.’ What happened on Wednesday for back squat will also be making an appearance for a bench press cycle. Hypertrophy is roughly 8 – 12 reps. That’s where we live for the next four weeks. The percentages for the sets will be on the white board! Good Luck…
