STRENGTH: Back Squat (10-10-10)
Well, the good news is that the 20 Rep Challenge is over. The bad news is that we will be transitioning back into strength cycles with a new 4 week cycle that will look a whole lot like our good friend ‘hypertrophy.’ That’s right. When we moved from lower reps to higher reps (volume) we went from Strength reps to Endurance reps. Now, we are moving from Endurance back to Hypertrophy reps There are grey transitional areas between these rep schemes and always remember that everyone is a bit different & adapts to stimulus at a different level but these are guidelines. Hypertrophy is roughly 8 – 12 reps. That’s where we live for the next four weeks. The percentages for the sets will be on the white board! Good Luck…
