STRENGTH: Incline Bench Press (6-4-2)
This will be our last ‘working set’ week of incline bench press before we 1 RM next week! The percentages for each set will be posted to the whiteboard!
WOD: 15 M E.M.O.M.
Minute 1: 30 sec. Handstand Hold
Minute 2: 20 Slamball Shoulder Rolls (50/30)
Minute 3: 10 DB Push Press (50/35 x2)
These 3 movements will continue to rotate for the entirety of the 15 M.
