STRENGTH: Back Squat

Week 7 of the 20 Rep Challenge is here! If you have been consistent with this challenge, you will be adding 5 lbs to your weight from last week. If you are not consistent on Wednesdays, see a trainer for a rep and/or weight modification!

40 Thrusters (95/65)

40 Bar Facing Burpees

30 Thrusters

30 Bar Facing Burpees

*There will be a strictly enforced  15 M time cap on this WOD!
