Back at it with the 20 Rep Back Squat Challenge today! We have passed the half-way mark, so now we are entering the more difficult phase of this strength cycle. You will need to add 5 lbs to your weight from last week. If you have been inconsistent on Wednesdays, see a trainer and we can help you figure out what to do!
