WOD: 20 M AMRAP

1 Deadlift

1 Squat Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Jerk

(In an Unbroken Set.)

 

This is a big, bad WOD.  This WOD will be a test of your basic barbell capacity. Your results from today will be plugged into an algorithm, that I will give you, and then we will retest this WOD every 6 weeks for a few rounds. It should be fun, or a massive kick in the pants.
