STRENGTH: Back Squat

Back at it with the 20 Rep Back Squat Challenge today! What started out as a good ol’ time will now start to become more difficult by the week. So, mentally prepare yourself, warm-up a bit and then hit your reps!

 

WOD: 5 Rounds, 1 M per Station

  1. Wall Balls (20/14)
  2. Hang Cleans (95/65)
  3. Slamball Over the Bar (50/35)
  4. Rest

 

Another ‘Fight Gone Bad’ styled WOD could only mean one thing, it’s a Birthday WOD! We celebrate Michaela today! She told me that she would be in for the 12:00 pm class, so come on in and join her! If you can’t make the 12:00 pm class, that’s okay! We will be rocking this WOD all day!
