STRENGTH: Split Jerk

Let’s take it back to the basics today! Our goal going forward will be to improve the quality and efficiency of our split jerks as a whole in our gym. So, today we will be placing an emphasis on basics…the dip and drive, landing and foot position, speed and other little ‘form tweaks’ things no one thinks about like heel turn, weight distribution, etc…
