STRENGTH: 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Squat Cleans + 1 Split Jerk

We will first spend some time warming up this complex. Then, we will hit a 10 M EMOM with 1 Complex at about 75% of your Clean and Jerk 1 RM. This complex is meant to be unbroken with the hang squat clean leading into 2 touch-and-go squat cleans straight into the split jerk. We will talk about appropriate loading before we go!!!

 

WOD: For Time

400 M Run

300 M Run

200 M Run

100 M Run

Don’t overthink this, at 3, 2, 1..Go! you’ll run 400 M, when you get back immediately turnaround and run 300 M, when you get back immediately run 200 M, then 100 M. When you get back to the gym after the 100 M run, that is your time. This is both a mental and physical test to see if you can push yourself as hard as your required run distance begins to diminish. This is not dumb, it’s just different, have fun with it…
