Strength: Bench Press (4-2)
This is the last week of Savat Strength Cycle 2. Dial in what your assumed 1 RM number has been for the entire cycle 2, and then look up what weight you will be using for both of these woking sets.

Here we have another Throwback Thursday Workout! I took some liberties in changing the slam ball weight from the original WOD to make it heavier. ‘Cuz we’re stronger now.
