Strength: Overhead Squat

Let’s not try to destroy our legs today, with Murph on Monday. Therefore, let’s work moderate weight triples for about 15 M. We’ve made a lot of progress across the board with our overhead position, so this will be a way to keep it going!!! Remember to activate those shoulders, keep you core tight and show some patience throughout the movement.
