This is the third week of Savat Strength Cycle 2. Hopefully, by now you have you numbers dialed in based on your ‘assumed’ 1 RM or the number you have been using throughout this second cycle.

6 Power Cleans (155/105)

12 Slamball Shoulder Rolls (60/40)

 

So, Molly and Kazi are regulars at the 6:30 pm class. If you’ve ever attended that class you know that anything goes. Everyone gets a little bit crazy and they usually wear me down (in the best way possible). However, they are both leaving us; Molly is headed to Alaska for the remainder of the summer for work and Kazi is headed to Virginia to further his education. So, this is a WOD just for them.

 

Also, as a reminder there will be no Warrior Flow Yoga tonight (Wednesday, May 24)!
