Here it is; 0ur final Murph Prep. It also happens to be Bethany Mota’s Birthday! Thankfully, she likes to run, so that works out in her favor today! Come join her in celebrating her special day (she will be at the 5:30 pm class) and the end of this long preparation for Murph.

 

It doesn’t look like it will be especially warm out, or that we will get rained on today! However, please make sure that you are properly hydrating yourself. Today will be a big day for ‘hand care,’ as well. The pull-up volume is getting to that dangerous place where ripped hands can happen. If you rip today, there is a slim chance that your hands would be healed by Memorial Day. So, stay vigilant with that aspect as you work through this prep WOD.
