If you are out running when the time cap hits, you may finish. This is our second ‘Murph build-up.’ Volume is going up little by little, so plan accordingly. Hydrate, protect your hands, think about your recovery and have a plan. This time domain, and the sheer volume of reps, means no strength today. Don’t freak out; we’ll make up for it on Tuesday.

Also, Good News! Both the 8:00 and 9:00 am Murph times are full on Memorial Day. So, that means we’ve opened up a 7:00 am start time. It’s good news because that’s when I am doing the workout, and now I don’t have to do it by myself! So, if you have not signed up yet, but you wanted to have someone (me) distract you the entire time you do the WOD with singing, dancing and/or conversation, here is your chance!!!! Sign-Ups are in the entryway.
