You’re going on an Egg Hunt, CrossFit style!!!!!! Everyone that shows us will be split into 4 teams. A team member will row 500 M, and then search for an egg. The entire team will have to complete the ‘mini-WOD’ that is inside the egg. When every member has finished, the team will move back to the rower. A new team member rows 500 M and finds a new egg. All team members complete the ‘mini-WOD.’ This will continue for 30 M. Team with the most eggs wins.
