Strength: Bench Press (10-8)

We will be also be starting a cycle of Savat Strength for bench press. The goal today is to find your max 10 rep weight and then do a second set at that weight of 8 reps. Take your actual 1 RM number (not 90 %) and reference a chart in the gym.  They are generally pretty accurate.  Remember to take notes throughout this cycle. If it is going well, note that. If it is not, note that as well, and make the necessary changes!
