Strength: (Squat) Snatch
We’ve have been slowly making our way to this moment…Let’s have a chat about the first pull for the snatch. We will talk set-up and the first pull, do some work with the PVC, and then I’ll set you loose to give it go. Remember all of the little things we have gone through over the few work with our Overhead position, snatch balances, snatch pulls, and the hang snatch!
