One day, I walked into the gym and Mike Savat was in the middle of a WOD. He continued to work through this WOD the entire time I was doing strength (which was a long time because I’m easily distracted and can’t concentrate). I then proceeded to change shoes, rid myself of my winter clothing layers and put my hair up in a ponytail for my own WOD. When I returned to the gym floor, Mike was on the ground in a pile of his own sweat. At first, I thought he had a heart attack but I could hear his breathing, so I knew he was alive.
Luckily, he wrote the WOD down on a post-it and stuck it to my computer. I think today is a great day to bring it to the people…
