Let’s make this work for you. If you want to practice kicking up to the wall and holding a handstand you can do that. If you want to do handstand push-ups that will work, too. Want to practice shoulder taps on the wall or a box? Absolutely. Want to do handstand holds or handstand push-up on the boxes? I’m down with that, as well.
