Strength: 1 Split Jerk (Back Rack, OHS Grip) + 2 Overhead Squats

Let’s transfer all of our Split Jerk work to the back rack today! We will take the bar from the rig, on our back rack, and complete a split jerk with our over head squat grip. From there, we will go straight into 2 overhead squats. For fun.

This will be a great time to practice that overhead position and/or work our mobility.
