*Are you proficient at both of these? Then, you do the reps as written. Otherwise, if you need some rope climbing practice we can do that with a set amount of double unders in between. Great at Rope Climbs, but need DU practice? Pick a rope climb rep scheme and then spend 1 M practicing DUs in between.  Need work on both? We can do that, too! It’s basically a buffet where you only get 2 choices, and you have to pick both, but the quantity is up to you!
