Let’s chat before we begin the WOD about the weight for the clean and jerks, and how to scale/modify the reps for the rope climbs!
Finisher: Superman Hold, Hollow Hold and Planks
Rotating through all 3 movements we will do 30 seconds on/ 30 seconds off for 3 rounds.
Also, there will be NO Open Gym today (Wednesday) from 3:00-4:00. However, we will have Warrior Flow Yoga after the 6:30 pm class!
