Strength: Split Jerk
Let’s spend some time going over the points of performance for the Split Jerk. As a lot of us found out last week, the split jerk tends to be the move that holds our clean and jerk back. So, let’s talk about technique and then work heavy doubles.
Do you need to figure out the Push Jerk? This would be a great time for you to work on the push jerk before complicating things working on the split jerk.
