Strength: Dumbbell Thrusters and/or Clusters
Let’s close out our Open Prep with the infamous dumbbells by working through thrusters and clusters (squat clean thrusters). This is another option for what might be in store for us in one of the Open WODs. I will do a quick tutorial on the most efficient and safe ways to complete these movements. Then, let’s do a quick 5 M EMOM with 3, 4 or 5 reps.
