Strength: Snatch
We have spent a lot of time working snatch balances, snatch pulls and hang squat snatches. So, let’s take 12 M to warm up and work up to a big ol’ heavy single. Then, take about 75% of that number (or your 1 RM) and complete a 6 M EMOM. (You may power snatch if mobility is completely holding you back)
