Strength: Back Squat (Wendler Week 2 Cycle 2) 3-3-3+

Hopefully, you took notes on how last week went for you, and can use those notes to help you figure out your numbers for this week. Percentages for each set will be on the whiteboard.

 

WOD: For Time

50 Pull-Ups (If your hands are Butkus, or borderline Butkus, you will be doing ring rows.)

75 Push-Ups

100 Walking Lunges

125 AbMat

150 Air Squats

Each time a minute turns over, you must switch movements in order as listed above. Complete as many as you want/can in that time before the minute turns over again and you are forced to switch. If you need to write your scores down in transition, that’s just fine. You cannot, however, swtich movements any other time than when a minute turns over. There will be a time cap!
