Strength: Clean and Jerk 

OK let’s see where we are at with our C & J.  We’ve been working our squat strength and our jerk form,  so I’m confident a lot of you can PR today!  Let’s take 20 M to try & 1 RM this bad boy!  After that we will take things down to 70 % for a quick 4 rounds OTM of 1 C & J at 70 %.  We will talk some position cues before the fun begins.
