Strength: ‘Tall Jerk’ and Backrack Split Jerks

We will do about 5 minutes of “tall jerk” practice, then 15 minutes of jerk singles from backrack.  Emphasis will be on bar whip and speed under the bar.  Work up to a max load as long as you can maintain speed.  (everything is split)
