Work up to 2 sets of 8 at 75 % 1 RM (if you look at the weight charts in the gym, 75% is a 10 RM…don’t worry just do 8 reps).

Yup, that’s for real. We are going to throw it back to the very beginning. This WOD has an original date of November, 21, 2013. We kindly refer to these WODs as the ‘Halloween Series.’ Had something to do with a goofy picture Mike posted on the internet to go with them.
