Remember, we will be having Open Gym from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm today. Feel free to come in and work on a skill that you are trying to master, strength pieces that you may have missed along the way, or Mike even posted a good front squat strength piece on FaceBook that you could test out.

100 ft Walking Lunges
Ab Finisher: TABATA
- Hollow Rocks
- Tuck-Ups
- Hollow Hold
- V-Ups
Rotate between these moves for 16 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off.
