Strength: Overhead Squat 3RM
We last did a 1 RM for OHS on October 24, 2016. Using that number, look up what your 3 RM is and build up to that weight. Don’t have a 1 RM? Just keep adding weight until you find a 3 RM.

Another day, another great group of athletes throwing down at a competition. This time we had Abby, Dylan, Jayme and Josh competing at the GameDay Championships in St. Paul. They were in a loaded division and finished 12th out of 18 teams! Watching you fight through those tough WODs, while still having fun, was awesome to witness. Great Job!!!!
