Skill: Handstand Holds
Let’s try out this in a TABATA format! So, 20 seconds of a handstand hold (or modification) and then 10 seconds of rest. We’ll go for 10 rounds total.
WOD: Every 4 Minutes x6
75 Double Unders (200 SUs)
15 WB (20/14)
15 Power Snatch (75/55)
If you finish the round of work before the 4 M mark, you get the rest of the time domain to rest. Lucky you!!
As most of you know, Tyler recently graduated from WSU! He is leaving us at CFWR to join the working class. As a parting gift, he programmed this WOD for you all. I don’t know if any of you have witnessed Tyler’s daily workout schedule, but it always seems very long, complicated and exhausting. So, I suppose this WOD will go in that direction…
