12 M to warm up and work up to a big ol’ heavy single. Then, take about 85% of that number (or your 1 RM) and complete the E.M.O.M. You may power snatch if mobility is holding you back.

- Everyone will be on a team, team size will be dependent on class size (think 4 or 5 people). The goal is to get the most calories (as a team)in 15 minutes. Teams will have to pick an order for their teammates and each member will row 15 C before tagging off to the next team member. I will assemble the teams for each class.
