Strength: Back Squat (4-2)
We’ve made it to Savat Strength Week 4! The goal today is to find your max 4 rep weight and then do a second set at that weight of 2 reps. In order to get a ballpark number you can assume you gained 10 pounds on your back squat during Wendler. Take that ACTUAL number (not 90 %) and reference a chart in the gym. They are generally pretty accurate. If you take notes, and everyone should, you can go back and reference previous Savat Strength cycles to really dial in what you will be taking a run at.
