Eventually, winter will be here and we won’t be able to run outside, so rowing is a great way to build/maintain your endurance capacity. Today, let’s talk about some rowing tips, tricks and technique.
Since the climb-a-thon was such a big hit last week, why don’t we have a row-a-thon! We will break into teams and set the clocks up to see which team can row the most meters!
