Strength: Tempo Front Squats

We will work up to a heavy triple. However, the tempo of the descent is what should guide your weight selection. You should be able to take a solid 4 seconds to descend into the bottom of the squat.

Side note: The Lost and Found at the gym is overflowing! We have quite the collection of sweatshirts, water bottles, jump ropes, wrist wraps, jewelry, etc… hanging out at the gym. I have found many of these items left over after classes. I have also had to put away lots of bands, boards, markers, empty cans and water bottles, etc… over the past week. It doesn’t actually require that much extra effort to take a look around to make sure all your belongings have been put away and/or that you are taking everything with you at the end of class.

Soooooo, everything that is not claimed by the end of the week will be donated or thrown away, depending on its state of nasty…!
