So, it’s Carlos’ birthday on Sunday, but he thought his WOD would be more fitting of a Saturday work out. So, we celebrate with his WOD tomorrow and his real birthday is Sunday (his party will also be going down on Sunday starting at noon; sign-up is still posted at the gym). And, yes, I think he is trying to kill you. Show up anyways, we will find ways to scale and modify for us mere mortals.
