Strength: Squat Clean 1 RM

Let’s lay down the split jerk hammer for a while and do a 15 M to do 1 RM squat clean.  I wish we had our TV up & running to show the height that good lifters get the bar on the second pull.  It’s shockingly low.  Generally speaking, the first problem with CrossFitters cleaning is they are slow getting under the  bar.
