WOD: Team 5K
So, it is Elizabeth’s birthday and she chose to celebrate by making you all run a 5K. Luckily, she agreed to let you have teammates for moral/physical support throughout. So, I’ll put you in teams and each person on the team will have a minimum that he/she must run, however, you can make the decisions about who you force to run more distance than others.
Oh, and when you’re not running you have to AbMat (I made it a verb). The team’s total reps of AbMat will subtract seconds from your 5K time. Who knows, maybe Elizabeth will buy Kill Cliff for the winning team…
Side Note: Elizabeth is a pretty difficult name for kids to say. There are a lot of kids in my family, and somehow Elizabeth ended up being pronounced ‘Little Bit’ which eventually evolved into just ‘Bit.’ She is still called that by her older siblings to this day. Feel free to use it.
