So, Dave Castro was nice enough to program me a Birthday WOD last March. Unfortunately for me, I thought I was nearing the end of my life, hadn’t eaten food for 5 days, was feverish and had no energy (turns out I had Strep). So, is there any better way to celebrate my Half Birthday than to do that WOD again?! Didn’t think so.
