Strength: E3MOM Bear* x6

Warm up to about 50 % of your 1 RM split jerk, then we will be doing a progressively heavier Bear every 3 M, for 6 total escalating sets, to about 75 % of your 1 RM split jerk.  If you begin to have trouble worry less about going heavier & more about getting to a manageable load.  Make the reps PRETTY…not sloppy.

*Bear modified to:

  1. Squat clean
  2. Stand it up & then do a push jerk.  Make sure you come to a stop before starting the push jerk & make sure you lock the push jerk out.
  3. Drop the bar to back rack (gently).
  4. Back squat
  5. Stand the back squat up, regroup mentally & do a split jerk from back rack.
  6. Hold your finish for a second.
