Every time you break up the KB swings, you do 5 Box Jumps. Notice, I said break up the KB swings, not drop them. No Atomic Kettle Bells. That would put you in the dog house. And wreck the kettle bell. And destroy the floor. I would also give you a teacher ‘look.’ Just say no.
