11 Thrusters (115/85)
11 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-ups
11 Power Cleans (115/85)
11 HSPUs
11 KB Swings (62/53)
11 Toes to Bar
11 Deadlifts (115/85)
11 Push Jerks (115/85)

*Don’t freak out, we will be doing this as a modified partner WOD. I modified the weights to a standard weight throughout, and we will be doing the running as a partner relay in 400 M increments. Find someone that can move the same weights as you for the entirety of the WOD, everyone will be doing the 11 reps of the 9 movements, but you can change the order. More details tomorrow…
