WOD: For Time

In a team:

5 K Row

  • Everyone will be on a team, team size will be dependent on class size (think 4 or 5 people). The goal is to get to 5,000 km the fastest. Teams will have to pick an order for their teammates and each member will row 250 m before tagging off to the next team member. I will assemble the teams for each class, and the winning team for the day gets Kill Cliff.
