Rotating through all 3 movements we will do 30 seconds on/ 30 seconds off for 3 rounds.

Basically, it’s a 3 M AMRAP that we will repeat 5 times with a 1 minute rest between each round. You pick up the work where you left off at the end of the previous AMRAP.
