Strength: Split Jerk
In addition to our work with the Bench Press, Incline Bench Press and Back Squat Hypertrophy (say it with me, hyPEEEEERRRtrophy), we will begin a 4 week cycle with Split Jerks. Our goal will be to improve the quality and efficiency of our split jerks as a whole in our gym.
So, week one will be an emphasis on basics…jump, land, foot position, little ‘form tweaks’ things no one thinks about like heel turn, etc…
WOD: HANNAH
Hang Out– 30 Hang Cleans (95/65)
Ab Work- 40 AbMats
kNees- 50 Walking Lunges
Now Jump- 50 Double Unders
Ab Work– 40 AbMats
Hang out Again- 30 Hang Cleans (95/65)
Hannah has finished her schooling for her Master’s and she thought that was deserving of a self-titled WOD. I guess, Hannah, I guess.
