Strength:  Bench press:  So this is the beginning of the second round of Savat Strength.  If you took notes, they will start to pay off now.  The short version is, add 5 pounds to your 1 RM assumption from last cycle and approach this cycle similar to what you did last time.  The long version…reference your notes and weights from last cycle.  Go up 5 pounds from last round at least but maybe more depending on how each week went.  See a coach with any questions & I’ll explain more tomorrow.
